MIAMI, FLORIDA — Miami police have arrested one of two women who are accused of robbing a man after making him a drink at his home, authorities announced.
According to an arrest report from the Miami Police Department, Hugana Davis, 49, of Dania Beach, was arrested Monday in Miami Gardens on charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling, third-degree grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.
Police said the incident occurred back on March 30 after the victim met Davis’ accomplice, who remains at large, at a liquor store located at 2525 NE Second Ave.
According to the report, after engaging in small talk, the victim and the woman agreed to meet at the victim’s home, along with the woman’s friend, later identified as Davis, who was waiting in the woman’s SUV.
