BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA - A Birmingham man has been arrested in connection to a homicide investigation in the Smithfield neighborhood.
According to police, 20-year-old Dorian Talley was arrested for capital murder in the Aug. 12 shooting death of Quindarius Allen and the injury of another person in the 900 block of 5th Avenue North.
Authorities say on Wednesday, Aug. 27, Talley was additionally charged with attempted murder and hindering prosecution.
Talley is being held in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.
