DARLINGTON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA — Sheriff Michael August says his Office has arrested Juelz Lucas on domestic violence and kidnapping charges.
Investigations revealed that between Oct. 9 and Oct. 13, Lucas allegedly forcibly transported the victim from the Darlington area to Lamar, Darlington County.
The suspect reportedly took the victim's cellphone and used physical violence, including choking the victim multiple times.
