ELGIN, Texas — Two additional suspects have been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation into the shooting death of an 18-year-old in Elgin last month.
On September 30, around 3:30 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Jefferson Cove for reports of an individual with a gunshot wound. Jowel Wallace, 18, was found dead inside the home. Jayden Sherrod, 17, was later identified as a suspect and charged with Murder, a First-Degree Felony.
