Saratoga County, NEW YORK — The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office has arrested Samson Bhatti, a 28-year-old resident of Saratoga Springs, on multiple charges including rape in the first degree, a Class B felony, as well as assault in the third degree and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, both Class A misdemeanors.
Bhatti is accused of engaging in sexual contact with another person by forcible compulsion on August 26, 2025, in the Town of Clifton Park. He is also charged with restraining the individual and intentionally causing physical injury to the victim.
Bhatti was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court. He has been remanded to the Saratoga County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash, a $20,000 secured bond, or a $100,000 partially secured bond.
