WICHITA, KANSAS - A Salina man wanted for attempted murder in Salina was arrested Tuesday in Concordia.
Maralis Cozart was booked into the Saline County jail on charges there. He will be extradited back to Cloud County to face charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
The incident happened on Aug. 17 in the 300 block of East First Street in Concordia. A witness identified Cozart as a possible suspect.
The Concordia Police Department did not offer additional details about the incident or the victim, but the department said evidence was found where Cozart was staying.
