Diamonte Arrested For Woman's Murder In 2021 Cincinnati Ohio Mass Shooting

CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police say they have made an arrest in connection to a deadly shooting in Over-the-Rhine four years ago.

Police say 24-year-old Diamonte Irby-Richard has been arrested on an open murder warrant in connection to the death of Brandi Turner, 35, in September 2021.

Officials say it happened on Sept. 25 around 5:25 a.m.

Police say officers responded to East McMicken Ave. to find a victim, later identified as Turner, dead.

Two other people were shot that morning as well. Both were transported to UC Medical Center privately.

Authorities did not specify what specific charges Irby-Richard is facing.
