BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS — The Bexar County Sheriff's Office has arrested four suspects in a human smuggling operation that reportedly uncovered several undocumented immigrants.

On Friday, deputies said they observed a "suspected transfer of individuals" from a semi-truck into two vehicles at a local Love's Truck Stop.

Deputies later stopped both vehicles, which allegedly led to he recovery of four undocumented migrants. The driver of the semi-truck was arrested on the scene, according to BCSO.

One of the migrants was taken to a local hospital for a leg injury and EMS was requested at the scene as a precaution.

"The migrants’ countries of origin were identified as San Luis Potosí, Mexico; Guatemala; and Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico," BCSO said.
